We all know chamomile to be relaxing and great for aiding in sleep. Did you know it's also great for relieving cramps, nausea, aids in healthy digestion, and colic in infants. It is a great medicinal herb for babies and young kids as it is gentle on the entire body system. It's also great in aiding in headache relief. 

Chamomile Tea

  • Chamomile (Roman)

  • Pour 8-12 oz. of water just off a boil over 1 Tbsp. of tea mix. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes or to make a strong infustion 10-15  minutes. Chamomile doesn't take long to steep but to pack a punch, steep for a longer time. Best to drink before bed or during times of prolonged stress.
